When I was being taught Kthav Ivri (paleo-hebrew) we learnt the appropriate halakha that applies to the script. One of which states that if there is a fire on shabboth one should save a sepher torah if written in Ivri or Ashuri (Hilkhoth Shabboth 23:26)
In light of whats stated at 34:55 would that mean that a sepher torah writen in Ivri be pasul to be made to begin with? (not with standing its obvious halakhic ramification of begin used for STAM; H. Tephilin,Mezuzah, w’Sepher Torah 1:19)
