One of the local Shop-Rites in NJ was giving out free Jewish calendars. Through a series of amusing connections, a relative of the Niblings from the other side thought that the picture for November looked familiar. Sure enough, it was Eli (right) and Shelomoh (left). Though I can personally attest that they would *never* say anything so insipid as the caption.

Um, shouldn't you get compensation from the photographer who took the pictures, or from the company that published the calendar?

When I was small, say, 2 or 3, a neighbor who was a photographer hired me to be a model for a couple of pictures in a textbook on child safety. I think she paid my parents about $50. You should be paid, and you should have signed a waiver signing over your rights to the images to the publisher. As it is, you should be able to sue for compensation, and/or unauthorized use of your children's faces.

Good point, but I don't think either the parents or kids really care too much at this point, especially since whatever compensation they'd get would not be worth the effort.

So I'm confused - who is Avi? your brother? Somehow I thought this was your child.

Vewwy cute, whoever they is.

Oh, never mind. I see. Esther is your sister, Avi the b-i-l.

And trust me, in the event of a YUTOPIA wedding, there'll be a whole lot more posted on that.
